I went to my local supermarket today and bought a little bag of chia seeds. From what i read they are better than flax. Can i incorporate them into my everyday diet? Or should i just eat 'em everynow and then?

Chia seeds, like flax seeds, are high in alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). Yes, that's an omega 3, but it's not the form of omega 3 that humans need (EPA or DHA). http://www.rosebudmag.com/lifestyle/health-fitness/lose-weight-simple-truths-for-fat-loss-muscle-tone

Not sure if they're Paleo, but Dave's GT makes some delicious kombucha with chia in it. I've been told that the acid in the drink makes the seeds way more digestible, so that's how I do...
