20lbs? awesome. thats a big gain. so far on SS with strict paleo ive gone from 154lbs at the beginning to 170 lbs in about two months. very happy. this is at 31 years old. By March I'd like to: bodyweight bench press, double bodyweight deadlift, and clean my bodyweight. eventually i'd like to walk around at something like 185 but i gotta do some maths and see when i can make that happen. best of luck

Funny, 20011 seems so far away, but it's only 18,000 years -- still kind of a drop in the bucket. 200111 on the other hand ...

I'm going to do a cyclic carnivore/tuber/body by science trial

4 days carnivore, then BBS fasted on tuber refeed day#5, then 4 days carnivore(with no workouts) then BBS while fasted.

6 refeeds this month, after fasted BBS styled workouts.

Gonna see if I can bulk another 20lbs and stay lean :)

edit:

10 days in, Bulked up 4 lean lbs so far. Doesn't look like ill hit 20, but should break 10 at this rate, I feel great tho!

Yes; January will be paleo overhaul month for me. Will probably even go through that awful low carb flu since Christmas was gluten free but definitely not low carb. May therefore dampen the effects as I recommit with the odd sweet potato or apple.
