Any deficiencies in my diet?

Breakfast

4 eggs

Green tea with lemon

Handful almonds and raspberries

Lunch and dinner

Chicken, beef, salmon etc with broccoli, kale, spinach or sweet potato cooked in coconut oil and 1/2 avocado

Organ meats such as liver, marrow, kidneys (if you can stand'em) are missing. I'd also throw in some mixed greens and a good quality olive oil with some Apple Cider Vinegar (unpasturized). I'd also add blue and blackberries. You're also missing fermented foods such as kraut, kimchee, pickles, kvass, kombucha, etc.
