This guy uses expressions like " PROVE" which is a dead giveaway of somebody who does not at all understand science and how it works.
THis guy was adamantly pimping low carbohydrate diets back in 2006 and had access to the SAME literature he cites today ( which is from 1930). At least back then his research citing was more current.
He is a cherry picking FRAUD misusing and abusing scence to fit his agenda.
He is exposed by his OWN writings.

Without reading this nonsense I have a few things to say. 1, low carb is better than chronically high carb in 99% of situations. 2, the data from the 30's was more 'scientific' in nature than 90% of the data 'created' now, which is nothing less than manipulated studies to show nonsensical things like 'eating 8 servings of grains a day is good for you' <--BS. It does not take a genius to figure out what Cave Man ate. Just go outside and look around for food and that pretty much covers it.
