Amount of liver per week, safety wise?

hi

how much liver per week, i have around 300-400g of liver per week.

is this too much?

too much conflict of overdosing and the sort, too many back and fourth opinions, just need an expert opinion on what is a good amount.

For example, liver + eggs,butter,other forms = ? , liver by itself = ?

Lets put this question to rest.

I stick with Paul Jaminet's PHD supplement recommendations:

"?? lb beef or lamb liver, weekly (copper, vitamin A, folate, choline)"

I like to grind it up with an equal amount of grass-fed beef, egg yolk, garlic, onions, herbs/spices, and pan fry it into patties in a little bacon fat or cook it as a loaf in a bread pan (this is good if you are cooking a larger quantity).

I've been eating 2lbs of liver a week for about a month now, and I've been feeling great.

I've been eating about 5 oz. of pork liver twice a week for 3 weeks now, no symptoms of Vitamin A toxicity if that is what you're worried about. That is around 60000IU/week.
