Hello everyone. I have been doing paleo now for about 3 days. I am feeling fantastic but a little worried as it seems too easy. By that i mean it seems the more i am eating the more i am losing. Yes i have actually dropped weight in 3 days. Not a huge loss as you can understand but a loss never the less. My daily food intake consists of basically 5 scrambled eggs in the morning with 5 sliced bacon strips and also about 4 mushrooms. I then have vegies throughout the day and also chicken breast and even a large salad consisting of carrot and cabbage with some olive oil and lemon juice. Im feeling much better, energy is through the roof and my face is already thining out. Im concerned about my blood pressure and also my cholesterol levels. Am i worrying for nothing? I hear people consuming up to 25 to 40 eggs a day and there blood pressure and cholesterol is fine. Thanx for any feed back.
