Am I eating too many carbs on paleo and training too much crossfit?

I started paleo about 3 weeks ago. Although I haven't been 100% strict, I think I have been pretty good (but I am new, so I could be wrong)

My main goal is weight loss. I am 5'1" , haven't weighed myself in a while but last time I checked I was about 58-59 kilos. I know I'm not overweight, but I definitely have a stubborn belly that just WONT go away.

I train crossfit about 5-6 times per week . I here that this could be too much (for weight loss) I also here that lifting is good for weightloss, but then I read somewhere else that it isn't. So I am a little on the hesitant to really give it my all when lifting. Would it be best to lift some days and go for a run/walk others ? If so how often of each? I would really like to set a goal or a plan, in terms of crossfitting, for each week.

I thought I was doing well on paleo, but today I typed in everything I ate into cronometer and it says that I am not eating enough fat and eating too many carbs and protein. But all my carbs come from vegetables. So really all I have left is fat, but I don't want to indulge on nuts, I don't care for avocados, and I don't think drinking coconut oil is a very sufficient meal.

Here is what I logged in for todays nutrition:

Breakfast: 3 pieces of bacon, 3 eggs scrambled, 2 small red onions(cooked in coconut oil) I was still hungry after so I had a banana (which I usually don't do) I usually only have 2 eggs , but I was just extra hungry today.

Lunch(Pre-workout) **Only today**: 1 egg fried, 2 pieces bacon, 2 med. onions (cooked in coconut oil) **I DON'T USUALLY EAT THIS FOR LUNCH. I just literally had nothing else in the house. I am going to the grocery store after the gym to stock up**

Lunch (Most days): A big salad (sometimes with chicken) with just different veggies, including sun-dried tomatoes, and olive oil and balsamic vinegar as dressing.

Ground beef or patty with steamed vegetables.

Dinner: I haven't had dinner yet today, but I plan on making (like most days) ground beef (sometimes chicken) with steamed veggies cooked in coconut oil. If I am really craving carbs after a workout I will have a sweet potato AS WELL (Is it ok to have both regular vegetables AND a sweet potato?)

I am just always so hungry, and in order to avoid snacking, I want to eat a lot in one sitting But I fear over-eating. So is it overeating even if I am still hungry ? And if I'm still hungry , what should I eat more of ? veggies, fat or meat ?

Basically, if anyone could help, correct, and lead me in the right way with paleo and crossfit for weightloss I would MUCH appreciate it ! I definitely want to gain muscle with crossfit (and have already gained a ton. Been crossfitting since September 2013) but I don't want to be one of those people with a lot of muscle AND fat. Bulky in the wrooong kind of way.

All helpful comments are very much appreciated ! (And sorry it's so long with so many questions hehe)

sounds like you are eating very few carbs.

The "stubborn belly" could be from a ton of things -- one of which is too much cortisol build-up. You may want to consider implementing more rest days to help your body heal.
