Doing great with Paleo still and loving it :) been doing it for 6 weeks now (had a few treats over the holidays...) but back on track!
I feel like I am not eating enough veggies! On the Paleo diet, I don't eat as much where I'm fully satisfied now after eating meals. So introducing more veggies into my diet seems difficult...
Here is a typical day for me!;
Breakfast: a portion of meat for protein and a smoothie (coconut milk, half an avocado, 2 cups spinach, 1/3 cup of mixed berries, vanilla, 1tbs flax seed, 1tbs fish oil, and sometimes a raw egg)
Lunch: typically a salad of leafy greens with Paleo friendly dressing, or more often than not homemade Paleo soup packed full of veggies with chicken (onions, celery, herbs, not too many carrots, zucchini, garlic, mushrooms)
Dinner: is typically a portion of meat or fish, followed by two types of veggies and good amount of them (cauliflower and broccoli, or asparagus and saut??ed onions, peppers and mushrooms, etc)
And of course throughout the day I may have a handful of pecans or walnuts, or a small piece of fruit. And of course I try to get in 2-3 L of water in a day!
Is this enough veggies? Thoughts? Suggestions?

that's way more veggies than i eat!! i usually do 1 cup a day tops (including breakfast/lunch/dinner).
