Hi, I've been Crossfitting for a year 1/2 now, and zone/paleo for about 7 months. I am a 15 year old boy and am wondering if 15 blocks a day is good enough. I used to be 175 lbs. a year ago, and now am 136 lbs. I don't want to keep myself from growing, but I also don't want to eat to much. I workout 5-6 times a week.

I would advise you to get off the zone and stop being so calculated with your eating. Eat tons of meat, eggs, fish, and protein. Eat starchy carbs around workouts. Eat lots of veggies. You're a 17 year old male, 136 pounds is ridiculous.
Eat more food, get stronger, be awesome.
