Am I Eating Enough at 15 Years Old?

Hi, I've been Crossfitting for a year 1/2 now, and zone/paleo for about 7 months. I am a 15 year old boy and am wondering if 15 blocks a day is good enough. I used to be 175 lbs. a year ago, and now am 136 lbs. I don't want to keep myself from growing, but I also don't want to eat to much. I workout 5-6 times a week.

I get weirded out by young people with issues too, but ... is a 15yo really "underage"? I checked the FAQ, and couldn't find anything ... most social / interactive sites make the cutoff 13yo, no? I mostly agree in this case, but it begs the question: what's the cutoff? 16? 18?

Height? Also, I wonder as to the age a boy's physique has matured s.t. he can train all-out without stunting what further growth.

I would advise you to get off the zone and stop being so calculated with your eating. Eat tons of meat, eggs, fish, and protein. Eat starchy carbs around workouts. Eat lots of veggies. You're a 17 year old male, 136 pounds is ridiculous.

Eat more food, get stronger, be awesome.
