first of all is paleo right fro me? im pretty lean already.can see my abs and am pretty toned. I just want to lose a little bit of lower belly fat and little bits of fat round the rest of my body.
but anyway a normal days diet would be 3 eggs in an omelette with slices of broccoli, turkey, and ham. no cheese. and a fruit like grapes, an apple or banana all for breakfast
lunch would be a good size salad including ltettuce, spinach, cucumbers, sliced carrots, grilled chicken breast and fat free honey dijon dressing. thoughts about the dressing?
afternoon would munch on some beef jerky or nuts.
pre workout meal would be same thing as lunch with less vegetables but same amount of chicken.
crossfit type workout
post workout would be something like piece of salmon with a lot of steamed vegetables.
late night (10ish) would be some more beef jerky or nuts.
water throughout the whole day
college freshman btw so most if from cafeteria.. salmon and chicken breast seem good.
