5HTP? Yay or Nay?

Hay anyone tried 5HTP? If so how much are you meant to supplement? Thinking of teaming it up with fish oil, magnesium, and vitamin D. Thank you!

how much of each others do you take though? are there any online guides to find this info? i've had a look but can't seem to source anything reliable.

Yay. I do 75 mg at night with Melatonin and L-Theanine (derived from green tea). 5-HTP helps you relax and it has other benefits. Your other picks are very good too.
