Hello! Been working on incorporating these decisions into my lifestyle, a habit I am activley trying to build. I grew up a serious dancer and therefore have been left with some larger-than-necessary thigh muscles. Hoping to shrink some of this muscle and lean down at the same time.
I am 5'8" and around 150 pounds now. Looking to hover around 130. Any specific tips for weightloss: favorite recipes for losing weight, maybe even a few that are lower in protein so my body leans out the muscle?
I'm also curious about any success stories that may have started with a simliar frame! I'm 23.
