I need a little advice on some fat loss/muscle gain. I'm 33 yo female had two kids and had major metabolic damage (was barely eating 1000 cal per day after second baby because stress kills my appetite) and still couldnt lose weight and was completely fatigued) I eventually lost a few lbs by reducing stress and eating more but the spare tire stayed. So my problem now is, should I eat more? less? do weights? I am 132 lbs but the fat is all around the belly and I have barely any muscle so I look flabby and soft. I'm at 1700 cals per day average and it feels like I'm stuffing my face to reach that high with keto diet. So I have lots of body fat, not much muscle, do I eat more or less?
