Newbie- where do I start?

I'm new to this... And I would like to know where to start off with this... I'm very interested in a healthy lifestyle and the paleo lifestyle seems to fit. What would be a good starting point for me.

Welcome! It took me more than a year to figure out how to make the paleo diet work for me. My suggestion for your first step is cut out or significantly reduce ALL processed food, meaning food that comes in packages, has to have perservatives or includes added sugars. Focus on eating meat, fish, fruits, vegetables, nuts (if your can digestively tolerate them), and don't forget probiotics (that means kefir, yogurt, etc). There are a lot of great paleo websites out there with simple recipes. Good luck!
