Fair enough, but she herself admitted that her exercise is almost an addiction, and that is something I don't want (I have plenty already :-)). It's a workout-to-live vs. live-to-workout thing. The whole point is to have a healthy body and mind with which you can do anything you want. If you spend 2 hours a day working out, there's no time for doing what you're supposed to be doing...

I think it is more about being able to have the career that will give you the lifestyle that you want. I would have no objection to doing her routine if it meant I could make a good living away from a boring 8-to-5 job. I get up at 4:45am several times a week to walk for an hour just for health reasons already. Personally though I think she could have just as good of results with less exercise. I think they are all paranoid about not being skinny enough and having to deal with the camera adding 10lbs and all that.

The way she described the diet generally it sounded like Cordain’s version of Paleo, but I don’t know if he would be on board with the actual meal plan that included egg whites, eggs, and bacon.

A bodybuilder's paleo diet perhaps.

I just sounds like she's on a low-ish fat paleo diet. Not really a requirement to guzzle coconut oil and bacon grease to be paleo.

It says she has egg whites AND "two full eggs" -- not that she doesn't eat the yolks. And she loves bacon!

Well she's clearly trying to stay very lean for her career, though it would obviously be better to be more active and eat more yolks....

she is on a starvation diet and she crossfits+runs everyday.... Sounds like faileo. Shes just another girl working her body into the ground to fit into some ideal put onto her by our screwed up society. You can tell by the picture she is borderline anorexic. She needs to embrace eating more carbohydrates..

If I had to get up at 5:45am and work out for 1-2 hours every day in order to be beautiful, i'd rather be a little ugly.

My serious paleo critic side says: What's wrong with egg yolks and animal fats, woman??

But the more prosocial side of me says: Good for you! We each make it our own.

She did a very nice job of describing paleo within the context of her life. And she looks terrific!

Well, I think she looks AWESOME. But, apparently looking awesome is what she does for a living. Not working in a cube forty hours a week staring at a computer. Doesn't say if she has children, but with that body I highly doubt it. Does not look anorexic to me either, but a winner of the genetic lottery with some sweat and good diet decisions thrown in.

Well, it sounds like she's practically on the Mediterranean diet minus the gluten. From what she listed as her normal meal plan, she doesn't get enough animal fats.

But hey, whatever works for her I guess. Can't argue with results!

I think she's a major babe. If you are a heterosexual male with passing testosterone levels, does my response, um, surprise you?
