I'm sure this has been asked before, but do any of you have any tips for incorporating a paleo lifestyle into a hectic modern world, one with college and exams and due dates and a recovering stroke patient dad and an aging grandpa to take care of?

One thing that I do is set aside a few hours every week to cook a bunch of food for the week. A bunch of chicken, cut up veggies for salads or quick fry, make some coconut or almond flour baking... that sort of thing. Then it's super easy to grab and go or quickly cook up a meal.
