I'm Looking for other people, around my age, both males and females, to eat and live paleo. The goal is to have the foundation of health from eating correctly and living in nature, but not too far from a city where we can still pursue careers towards fame and fortune. California would be good. I'm 22, my name is Charlie, I'm currently a Business Administration major at University of Vermont. I'm athletic, starting crossfit, am into music, design, website design, tv/film and video production, like to drink at bars and clubs.

Anybody out there please respond. My email is cloudffvii88@gmail.com. You have any interest at all, just write!

You might get more feedback if you have a more specific location in mind (CA is huge, after all). And do you have a plan to address the practicality, since much of CA is expensive? (i.e. How would this work in San Francisco versus Eureka?)

I'm curious why you are only looking for people your own age. Communities, paleo or not, consist of people of many ages and levels of life experience...the artificial age segregation of public schooling is an unhealthy, modern idea. Not criticizing...just wondering.

Hahaha, don't jump down the poor kid's throat!

All he wants to do is create a commune, somewhere in the hills of California, separate from the prying eyes and habits of the mainstream...Seemingly near LA based on his dreams of stardom...Something like a "family," organized by a chraismatic young man...all in their 20's...sounds familiar...

Best place would be Waco. We could ride the Hale Bopp. We could drink Paleo Kool-Aid (sweetened with stevia, of course).

No but seriously this is pretty odd. Seems kinda fantastical, like starting your own civilization. How about you hang around on PaleoHacks for a while. Develop a reputation. And then go from there. Sound like a deal, Charlie?

Illinois (Where I live) is basically all small communities and/or wilderness, which all tie in to the big city Chicago or some other city down south. If you were to establish a small suburb an hour or so away from Chicago it wouldn't be that for anybody.

What does it even mean?

How do crossfit, music, websites, tv or film fit into a paleolithic community?
