Is Paleo legitimate?

Hey guys, So I have been attempting the Paleo diet off and on for the past 6 months. Im in college, so its difficult to be "pure" Paleo. I will admit it, I do sneak grains and what not in there every once and a while. I Also work at McDonald, so its difficult sometimes. Is paleo as legitimate as everyone says if you do the 30 day thing? With better mood, feeling energized? It sounds like a hoax sometimes, So I would love input from you guys who actually live the paleo lifestyle, 110% Thanks! Jimmy

The evidence for eating more vegetables, less processed foods, and healthy fats is very substantiated. I personally have never felt better since going primal/paleo well over a year and a half ago.

Hey, Jimmy. I'm also a college student. And, boy, IT'S SO DIFFICULT. UGH. THE PRESSURE.

But really give it a go. I've always been a skeptic. But let me tell you: I tried vegan, raw vegan, Atkins, and all these other eating ways. I would always regress back to the normal eating of grains and other things not in the paleo protocol.

It's really worth it. For two weeks, you may be miserable, but it's so worth it. I don't do crossfit. I just work out the usual way, and my performance was so well. I was astonished. I couldn't break my previous records, but within a month, I was faster in my two mile run by a whole thirty seconds.

Jimmy, it's hard, but really try it. I don't like admitting when I'm wrong, but I have to say that the paleo diet really proved me wrong.
