She was practical, down to earth, sensible and understands real life with kids. Nothing really worth hacking unless your the kind of person that goes around judging whether or not other parents let them have birthday cake.

I like that she takes the long view on changing kids eating habits, that's really key. And she takes the long view despite doing "cold turkey" with her own boys.

Very good talk. Will really appeal to those with kids. Great ideas for raising kids paleo.
