I think a lot of the people (especially those who keep asking, "Is X food paleo?") will find this summary of Chris Kresser's "Paleo Framework" very helpful. He surveys the differences among and between various paleo food strategies, but says the key question isn't: What is a paleo diet? But is: what is your optimal diet?
Downsides: he only discusses food strategies, not exercise/movement, and rest; and (at the very end) he hypes his book.
Still, worth a read. I'd love to hear what other people think.
