Off putting topic but decided To post anyway. I eat primarily paleo with some very rare cheats here an there. I have gluten intolerance so I avoid grains and eat mostly meats/vegetables. I have been taking super papaya enzymes and hcl with pepsin that seemed to help for awhile and now is not helping. In having small hard stools about 2 times a day. I've been trying to drink a lot of water and increase fats, add some more carbs and etc but nothing has seemed to help.

I'm curious to see if anyone has any suggestions on what to do. I've tried homemade sauerkraut and probitocs pills and nothing seems to be helping. Thanks to any help in advance

The simple fix would be prunes. But overall it sounds like you need to start consuming more produce and in my opinion less fat (too much fat messes with my stools). More complex carbs like whole grains and beans will surely help as well. Good luck. Sorry I had to close this question as it is almost identical to the question linked in the close description. Best of luck figuring your problem out!

Take 600 mg magnesium citrate before bed each night and you'll notice a difference.
