I am using a paleo fresh meal delivery service called Primal Organic. So on the week I always eat 100% strict paleo. My question in related to the weekends when I am out with friends. I hate quizzing the waiter/waitress about all the ingredients in a meal. What are some of your go to meals at restaurants? Also if I order a drink I often go with red wine, or a hard cider any comments or suggestions on this?

Go for simple, straightforward menu items. Grilled and roasted meats, fish, poultry, pork, etc. Steamed or baked veggies. Try to eat things that are not too elaborate, because the more complex they are, the higher the likelihood that they have added a bunch of garbage to it (soybean oil, flour, sugar, etc.) Also, red wine is cool, so long as it's not one of those cheap ones with added garbage to speed up the fermentation.
