I've been following the Keto/ Real food/ Paleo Lifestyle whatever you prefure to call it for over a year now. I've been going a lot of research on MCT oil and it's implementation and was curious on if anybody uses NOW MCT and really likes it compared to others?
Also Dr. Wahls was talking about when you do eat a light amount of carbs with MCT oil you can still stay in ketosis still and I am now just start to experiment with it. I know everybody is different but have you been able to stay ketosis and entered back in some things like sweet potatos and blue berries and such?

Yes, Now MCT is fine, but don't expect some turbo charged effect or anything, it's not that much more energetic or ergogenic than coconut oil. There's no "wow I'm really awake" factor like there is with coffee, despite Dave Asprey singing its praises; all the brands I've tried are similar, Now is about the same.
Go slow and be careful with it, there's a high probability of "disaster pants" if you consume too much too fast, and even if you're used to coconut oil, a tablespoon of this is enough to make you go to the bathroom and use up a whole roll of toilet paper in no time.
