Alternatively, avocado oil / mac nut oil is great stuff.

Time to learn to read ingredient labels for yourself.

For salad dressing, look at the fat used. Is it really something you want to put in your body? Not if it's highly processed vegetable, soy, or canola oil.

Are there so-called "natural flavors"? Those are not healthful or real. Often a code word for msg.

Anything you can't pronounce?

Are there fillers and gums? How much added sugar?

Anything you couldn't grow in a garden?

More than 5 ingredients?

There are very few commercial salad dressings that pass the label test. Much tastier and more healthful to make your own.

If you make the mayo (from olive oil) yourself, then its totally paleo.

If you're talking about the dressing from Annie's Homegrown, where the second ingredient listed is Vegetable oil... then hell no it's not Paleo, haha.
