Breakfast: Bone broth and/or shake consisting of 6 egg yolks with ghee, butter or coconut oil and spices. Soemtimes cooked eggs.
Dinner: Usually as much meat or fish as I can eat. beef, pork, lamb, smal fish or liver cooked in lard, coconut oil or ghee with some veggies and sauerkraut. Sometimes also bone broth or an avocado.
I can't say for sure but I think its ca 60-80 % fat, 20-30 % protein and 0-10% carbs per calories.
What do you think about this diet? Am I missing something important?

At face value it looks good, but it all depends really on how you feel.
What are you're energy levels like? Do you have any negative physical symptoms?
Also, are you supplementing anything? How long have you been eating this way?

You might need some fishoil. Looks good though.
