Hack my paleo lc diet

Breakfast: Bone broth and/or shake consisting of 6 egg yolks with ghee, butter or coconut oil and spices. Soemtimes cooked eggs.

Dinner: Usually as much meat or fish as I can eat. beef, pork, lamb, smal fish or liver cooked in lard, coconut oil or ghee with some veggies and sauerkraut. Sometimes also bone broth or an avocado.

I can't say for sure but I think its ca 60-80 % fat, 20-30 % protein and 0-10% carbs per calories.

What do you think about this diet? Am I missing something important?

My hair is naturally pretty thick and resilient. That said, two types of stress cause slight hair loss and dandruff in me -- calorie restriction / intermittent fasting and anxiety. If I skip meals on stressful days or I just don't eat enough from stress I can get some of the hair symptoms you mentioned.

I don't know how you were eating before, but it's possible that you're actually entering a hair growth stage from your recent influx of nutrients. Dr. Eades described it here: http://www.proteinpower.com/drmike/metabolism/hair-loss-and-kimkins/

I started a few months ago with lc paleo, but exactly like this only for a few weeks. I actually feel better since the low-carb flue is over. I like that I don't go crazy after a few hours not eating. So My energy levels are okay. Unfortunately I have hair loss but I really don't know the cause. I do supplement but I do not intend to do it for the next years. (Vitamin D, multivitamin)

At face value it looks good, but it all depends really on how you feel.

What are you're energy levels like? Do you have any negative physical symptoms?

Also, are you supplementing anything? How long have you been eating this way?

You might need some fishoil. Looks good though.

Look pretty good to me...

Consider including other seafood's besides just fish.
