I want to get abs like the ones in this picture. Not super ripped but pretty lean. I have had this goal for a while but I seem stuck at my currant weight and body composition. A bit of background; I lost 30lbs on primal about 1 year ago. According to a 3 site caliper method (not done by an expert but it was checked and re-checked many times with the same result) I have 21% body fat and weigh 115, I am 5ft tall. At the moment I eat mostly fat at 50-60% and 10-15% carbs, the rest is protein. I do stronglifts 2-3 times a week and I recently started HIIT for 15-30min 2x a week. Walk to get around, about 30-60 minutes daily. How should I change my diet and exercise in order to get this?
