First Meal on Paleo Plan.

I started the Paleo lifestyle today and I've had my first meal can anyone guide me if I didn't do it correctly.

I've read so much literature on the topic I feel like I'm almost second guessing myself. For breakfast I had:

3 Free-range eggs/ 100 grams of wild pine mushrooms (I live in Australia)/ 40g lescure butter/ 2 wild green onions/ 30g of salsa

I realize that weights aren't important, I wanted to keep track of them until I get on track.

Thanks in advance for your help.

That sounds like old school paleo from the days when the paleo diet was less complicated.

Yup. That's all. Not so bad, right? Briefly, if it had a face, eat it. If you can pull it out of the ground (and it isn't a grain), eat it. If it has things in it you couldn't grow, don't eat it. Welcome!

Don't forget - if it must be cooked or soaked to be consumed, don't eat it. Beans and legumes are in this category.
