I've been eating quite healthy for a while now and just achieved my goal weight, with eating cheat meals (ie.fast food meal) once per week. I recently decided to try paleo. I'm not doing it to lose any more weight, or for any allergies to wheat or dairy; just to become healthier and get a leaner body. Also note that the rest of the week I'm completely fallowing paleo rules, so the once a week cheat meal is the only meal I'm consuming that week that is not paleo. Can I still cheat weekly like I did before and still see results? If not how often should it be okay to cheat? Thanks everyone !

you can cheat on paleo -- just don't get caught. She can be very vindictive.
