Can you recommend a website where I can blog or start a diary about my new (to me) lifestyle?

Partly, I want it to do so for support, partly to keep myself honest, and partly to brag (I hope). Don't hate me for that last one... I just tend to do better on diets and such when I feel I can boast a little. When I don't feel that I am in a position to do so, I'm a little bit hard on myself. OK, I'm really hard on myself.

Is there any one site that excels in supporting this kind of behavior?

By the way, I am 6'2 and starting this trip carrying 457 pounds... I'm big-boned. :)

Done. I'm not really blogging. I found a site where I can keep a "diary" of sorts. There's not TONS of immediate feedback (good and bad) but I can drop in as needed and update what I'm doing, how I'm doing, and unload my brain occasionally. My diary's url is http://weight-loss.fitness.com/threads/57152-My-Recovery-from-Obesity I'll use if a for a few days or weeks and then make a decision if it's the place for me. By the way, after 19 days, I'm down 20 lbs. That's a good start, but I know the first 20 is easy compared to the last 20. :)

I'm waaay to out of the loop to tweet. I have a wood-burning cell phone, my technology is so old. :)

I decided to follow this advice. Because of my weight, 20lbs lost isn't as obvious as it is for a 300lb guy, but there ARE differences. Looking at side by side pics, I can see the subtle differences. Thanks.

Blogs are so last year! How about tweeting, it's easier therefore you'd be more likely to keep it going (blogs are hard work).

Do before and after pictures. Everyone loves those! Wear clothes though.

You can start a journal on the www.marksdailyapple.com forum. Lots of good Paleo & lacto-Paleo company there.

nerdfitness.com forums are awesome. You could start there and if you're looking for more, try a traditional blog host- wordpress, blogspot, etc.

There is a new paleo/primal social network forming on cavemantruck.com. Not many users right now, but has a lot of features.
