I am doing the Bulletproof Paleo IF protocol, weight training, and walking 2 miles a day. I am overweight, but have muscle, as I used to be a personal trainer and have done a lot of strength training. Looking to create a nice community of people who can email each other for support, recipes, strength training or cardio info/questions, and support/accountability. Any takers?
