Any way to keep track of Paleo diet?

I was wondering if anyone knows of anything online that can be used to keep track of progress on the Paleo diet? Some sort of online blog especially for people taking the Paleo diet to record their day to day improvements?

I have looked but can't find anything.

Thanks.

LoseIt.com is where I kept my calorie/macronutrient log, pretty slick as well, though not paleo oriented, definitely paleo compatible.

I personally only log days when curiosity get the best of me. I used to keep a calorie/macronutrient log faithfully. Don't miss it at all! :)

Sparkpeople.com is another option. It's definitely not geared toward paleo, but all of the food and exercise trackers are fully customizable so it's pretty easy to get everything the way you want it. It also has weight and body measurement trackers, as well as a place to set goals and track your progress towards those goals.

You could try either fitday.com or cronometer.com - Both are good for tracking foods, nutrient/calorie/exercise balance.

I personally use FitDay and there are Journal and Moods sections where you can record how you are feeling and track your improvements.

Hope this helps!

Cris Kresser's Paleo Solution has a tracking feature.
