Cut out the beans completely. Cut out the sweet potatoes and honey for 4-6 months and go as low carb as you possibly can. This is what I did, and it was almost miraculous.
Ever since I moved to NYC, I've had the worst seasonal allergies of my entire life. I never had a problem with them back in Indiana. I would get so stuffed up and inflamed come spring and fall, that I would be nominally deaf in both ears, eyes puffed shut and red, itchy and running, nose completely stopped up, but still running and raw, and sneezing all day long. This usually lasted at least a couple weeks. I tried everything under the sun to alleviate my allergies.
This year, after being Paleo since January, I had one day where I maybe sneezed 5 times, and that was it. Allergies mostly gone.

Paleo done right will give you a better base level of feeling good. However I am not sure it will cure allergies. There are many other benifits that Paleo gives that it is well worth it.
For pollen change your pillow case every day. Dustmites use proper bedding. Cats try and keep out of sleeping area. For grass try locally grown honey.
