I tried Paleo last fall and went a little over a month before being sabotaged by the holidays. During the time, I developed mild ecemza on two of my fingers and figured I was slightly allergic to one of the foods I was eating, possibly eggs.
I started Paleo again a little over two months ago and am really enjoying the food and have no craving at all for non-Paleo items, however, this time I developed severe wrist/hand pain that wakes me up from my sleep some nights and plantar fasciitis in both of my feet. I am a relatively healthy 45 year old (6'2", 175lbs) and work out about 5 days a week. I have had knee trouble in the past, but never any issues with any other joints.
I, unfortunately, suspect this is being brought on by Paleo.
Any thoughts or insight would be greatly appreciated.

How many carbs are you eating? I have problems with muscle pain and tighness in my thighs, and it gets worse when I eat less than maybe 100g carbs. I have a hunch (though it is only a hunch) that muscle/ligament health can suffer if you go too low on carbs.
