So I just started the Paleo diet 10 days ago. Previously, I ate very healthy but I ate a good amount of non paleo foods - greek yogurt, wheat bread, beans etc. I have noticed a sharp decrease in my running performance. Normally I could bang out 8-10 miles no problem but I really struggled on my run yesterday.
Any suggestions on what I might be doing wrong or how I can improve performance?

You are eating different so you need to adjust and possibly add back healthier missing carbs, fat, protein if you are going to continue with 8-10 miles of running. Consider shorter duration sprints for your exercise. If you stick with long runs you need the carbs for energy, so eat some sweet or regular potatoes or some other "safe" starches.
