IF/Paleo diet on CrossFit

I have been doing CrossFit for two months now, 4 days a week. As the process got started I became more aware of my diet and am now implementing IF and Paleo style diet. My question is is 2200 calories too low? I have not been dropping muscle, but have trimmed down some. I have felt weak during the most recent workouts.

Thanks for the responses in advance!

Regardless of your caloric intake and ratios, most people around here will tell you that doing crossfit four times per week is too much. Your body needs time to recover, which it is not getting.

Your Paleo diet is appropriate and calorie intake is within the range recommended. But, you are most probably over enthusiastic with your crossfit. Let the Paleo diet does its wonders. However, besides loosing unwanted weights, there are other benefits of Paleo diet which is well discussed and revealed in this article. http://myhomepagepaysyou.com/paleorecipebook
