I am brand new to Paleo living, & I am visiting Whole Foods store (London) for the first time today. I have been told about their amazing food court & was planning on eating dinner there, however as I'm only on day 5 of my 30 day challenge, I don't want to fall off the wagon so soon!! :)

I would walk around, see what they have, try to found dishes that seem like they could be paleo (obviously not mac and cheese or some barley salad or something) and then ask an employee for more info about the ingredients. I believe they're required by law to at least give you a list of ingredients (including cooking oils) if not posted on the sign giving the name of the dish. Most of the Whole Foods I've gone to in the US have little signs with all the ingredients and notes about possible allergens (soy, dairy, etc) in each dish. I'm willing to bet they have quite a few paleo-friendly options (though lots of items will have canola oil even if they're gluten/dairy free) so I imagine it won't be too hard to find something
