I've tried listerine strips, gum, I drink lots of water and nothing seems to mask the taste. Everything in my mouth tastes salty and I hate it.
Yes, if you're entering ketosis for the first time, as soon as your mitochondria start noticing the new fuel source, they'll switch to using it, when they do, the acetone breath will go away. Takes a few days upto a week or two.
