What is causing my face to hurt?

A fever-blister popped up a 3-4 days ago on the corner of my upper lip (on the left) and I thought it was healing fine. I've removed some of the dead skin (though not messing with it too much), taking lysine, and applying lysine lip balm.

I don't know if the above is related, but mid-day yesterday, I slowly began to feel some pain caddy-corner of the blister up on the tip of my cheekbone (under the corner of my left eye). All along the bone under my eye is sore, though mainly topically. It stings to touch and throbs moderate pain. I also feel pain above my eye along my eyebrow and my left temple, though the pain feels a little deeper there. Cold wind seems to irritate it more.

I'll see a doctor if it continues past today/tomorrow, but want to know if anyone has experienced this?

I suspect it's sinusitis....but I have next-to-none congestion. I also don't have any toothaches, so I doubt it's cavity related.

I've used a netti pot, inhaled eucalyptus steam, have taken supplements, used a hot-compress...nothing has worked. I feel weak, tired, sore, and inflamed.
