Ok, I'm roughly two weeks into paleo and for the last four days have had horrible stomach pain and the last two days my stool is a dark green color. No diarrhea, though have used the restroom frequently. The first week i felt great, felt thinner and less bloated and the last few days i feel horribly bloated along with the pain. It even hurts to put light pressure on my stomach. Have been eating a lot more fruits and vegetables each day than i normally was, but am also eating meats such as eggs, bacon, chicken, steak on a regular basis. I constantly drink water, i've always been that way, don't really drink anything else. I also have noticed that i feel like i have to pee a lot more than is normal for me, and in the evening i feel constipated, even though i'm not. Is this normal?

The sudden change in your diet may have upset your GI tract a bit. It sounds like you may be consuming a lot more fibre than your body was used to and/or a lot of FODMAPs ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FODMAP ) which can cause digestive upset and bloating, especially if you're suddenly eating a lot more than you were.
Another thought... If you're consuming a LOT of water around meals, you'll be diluting your stomach acids which can cause feelings of being overfull, bloat, etc.

Normal. Having to pee a lot is a good sign - your body is breaking down stuff and disposing of it. Anytime I lose fat, I pee a lot. Fruits and veggies could definitely be causing the green color (are you eating a lot of blueberries?). Did you have any IBS-like problems before? Amping up the fiber can cause gut issues if you have any gut dysfunction. Or it could just be your body adjusting.

Dr. Davis of Wheat Belly fame recommends using probiotics when going through your transition. Your gut is changing right now, it'll need some time to calm down, but you could help it with probiotics. Disclaimer: It sounds useful and sane to me, but I never used probiotics myself.
