How to get bristol 4 poo?

I have had bristol 1 poo for several years now, even before paleo. A lot of other health issue resolved and I am on on less medications due to paleo so its been overall good. A bristol 1 poo is larger than a golf ball size poop that is very hard and can cause pre cum since it pushes on the prostate. Type 4 my goal, is the long smooth poo which is very effortless. Even taking high dosages of vitamin c and Natural calm doesn't really change the consistency but ups frequency per day. Eating more fruits cause more frequency but I fart a lot more. Consistency of poo is still bristol 1 though!?!

Any more ideas I can try?

I just eat it raw (just one). But you can make a salad - shredded beet, walnuts, prunes, sour cream, salt. (If you are Primal).

No luck with nuts. They do not help at all.

Beets are something I don't usually eat. Are there foods that mix well with beets?

I like the taste of aloe, but I didn't know it helped with consistency.

Raw organic beets always work for me. Just have one medium raw beet with your meal the night before.

Nuts? That always tends to make mine more as you described your goal.

I eat cashews and almond butter, personally, but I would expect they'd all have similar effects.

Aloe Vera juice has helped me. Just 1/2 c 3x/day works wonders. It is easy to make and doesn't taste bad, but sometimes I mix it with a little herbal iced tea. Seriously, you will notice a difference in a day.

Oh my god, who doesn't want to take more bristol 4 shits?!?!! I was just talking to my girlfriend about this the other day while she was blowing me on the crapper, also known as a "blumpkin". I was like, "honey, see my golfball turds? I wish I could take a long smooth effortless dump while you were sucking me off" then I farted and precame. So I totally feel your pain.
