Jojoba oil stability

I know that olive oil must be used withing a month after opening and even when it is sealed it degrades. What about jojoba oil? I have one that is 2 years old, bought from TJ. It was sitting in the bathroom cabinet closed and rarely used. Now I question can I still use it? Is it safe, is it rancid? Smell and consistency are normal. Wiki says it is more a wax then oil and it has longer shelf life.

Anyway I am confused. Will be thankfull for clarification.

I have also sweet almond oil that I assume must be very rancid after 2 years because it is high in PUFA. Am I wrong?

Thank you!
