Normally when I ovulate one of my ovaries gets sore but this month I never felt the soreness from either of my ovaries does that mean I didn't ovulate?

Some people never have pain from ovulation. I wouldn't count on the presence or absence of pain as a sure sign of whether or not you ovulated.

If I don't cramp up as much, or I don't feel that dreaded ache, then my flow is lighter. I do ovulate, it's just that...I don't bleed as much.

Hope that helps. You may wish to go get it checked, but honestly, just wait and see.
