Farmed meat vs bio carbs

Which is better? I have access in my country at farmed pigs, poultry and fish and many organic cereals(not vegs),

Impossible to compare the two, too differently. It's not even apples and oranges! ;)

In general, what a food is matters more than how it's produced. Things like bio vs. not bio are relevant when you're comparing different options for the same food.

Farmed meat is nearly always better than cereal grains of any kind.

In general, what a food is matters more than how it's produced. Things like bio vs. not bio are relevant when you're comparing different options for the same food.

A more interesting question is: is supermarket meat better than sweet potatoes from the garden? IMHO, no.

Anyway, meat > cereals generally I think in terms of nutrition, but who knows if you want to compeltely avoid something that's available to you to provide sustenance in some way. It depends... :)
