What is the correct approach to eating beef, chicken, fish, eggs, etc.? I'm sure ideally one should eat everything organic / all-natural / free-range / wild-caught, however this becomes rather expensive and impractical.
A naturopath I visited told me grass-fed beef was critical, but otherwise grocery-store chicken, eggs and salmon were mostly fine.
I saw Rob Wolf mentioned several times he does not always eat organic or grass-fed meats. So what's the right approach?

The deal is.... yes it's important to eat grass-fed / pastured food as it has a better omega 3/6 ratio than standard meat/fish/eggs. This balanced omega 3/6 ratio is better as it doesn't cause inflammation. But don't avoid food just because it isn't grass fed/ pastured as it is still far far better than the standard American diet. So just try to eat the best you can when you can. You are still miles ahead in the health game just by avoiding grains & industrial oils.
