Hybridized is not the same as genetically modified.

Sure, if you eat loads of oranges everyday and do not brush your teeth or floss, or brushing right after eating an acidic orange. Let's hope this person is still using basic dental hygeine (though around here it is not guaranteed).

"Symptoms will start to appear as daily intake exceeds 2,000 mg." An orange has maybe 80mg of vitamin C. Three oranges won't get you anywhere even vaguely close to either of those criteria.

Oranges are originally from east Asia, where they were first cultivated. Paleolithic humans may have encountered proto-oranges, possibly. http://i.imgur.com/IW8simF.gif

It MAY be healthy for some people who don't have blood sugar issues.

Healthy to eat the whole fruit so long as you don't have blood sugar regulation issues.

Fruit yes, juice no, especial store bought. Oranges, reduced with the zest is great on Aspargus and Lima beans.

What exactly is your question?

You want to know if it is healthy to eat 3 oranges per day?

Yes, it is IF YOU HAVE NO BLOOD SUGAR ISSUES as others pointed out.

I did a trip to a Dental University when I was a kid and they showed pictures of someone who ate loads of oranges every day. Basically the acid caused their gums shrink, revealing the roots of their teeth. So don't overdo it.

Sure, eat 3 GMO super oranges a day because you can.

Paleo man might have eaten 3 normal half rotten oranges a couple times a week until they all went bad 1 month out of the year and only if he lived in Florida or in .01% of the rest of the world where they grow.
