A diet with lots of healthy starches and fats together

Most people are either HFLC or HCLF. My question is, can you still be very healthy and put on healthy weight if you eat a combination of both healthy carbs and fats in your diet.

A typical day for a diet like this may be:

Breakfast-3 fried eggs with sauerkraut and 1 cup of berries Snack-1 oz of unsweetened bakers chocolate and fried plantain chips Lunch-salmon cakes fried in coconut oil with baked potatoes Snack-green smoothie with 3 cups of kale, a banana, coconut milk, 1 cup of berries, maca powder, and pumkin seeds Dinner-1/3 pound grass fed lean ground beef burgers with some type of starch and saut??ed kale

I've just been wondering if you could put the best of high fat and high carb together and still be healthy as long as you stay within calories limits.

Also, how would a diet like this be for putting on weight and whats your opinion for including sprouted whole grains in a diet like this or just a regular HCLF diet

If you're looking for balance, maybe Paul Jaminet + Mat Lalonde is your answer.

The term high fat or high carb has to do with percentages of macros that you eat, not necessarily quantities. Therefore technically you can't consumer majority of your calories from both. But if you are eating healthy whole foods ,then you should be fine.
