Best single internet article on paleo for an open minded friend

Looking for an article I can show my friend that gives the best sum-up of the scientific reasons for paleo. Any ideas? Not too long but a solid overview is what I am looking for...

He will read what I send him and is open-minded but is also skeptical that the whole planet could have it wrong (mostly on wheat for example).

Love his "get started". But for a more readable intro into the basis for it, I really like his Dietary Manifesto at Psych. Today: http://www.psychologytoday.com/blog/p-nu/201103/dietary-manifesto-paleo-20

The blood type diet has been torn apart as much as The China Study.

I agree. Your friend would have to read more of his posts to get all the whys, but the above gives a good overview.

I'm a fan of what Dr. Kurt Harris thinks and how he lays it out.

Have your friend check out http://www.marksdailyapple.com/welcome-to-marks-daily-apple/, in particular the Primal Blueprint 101 material.

I just stick with blood type. If they're an O I zoom in on wheat and dairy for the hard sell. If they're an A I don't bother. ALL and I mean ALL blood type Os have weight and emotional problems from these 2 foods. The ones who can't admit it just don't want to and then can be pushed down a notch on the pecking order and all you Os know what I'm talkin about.
