I was wondering if anyone has any info on how much omega 6 is contained in pork and chicken bone marrow. Since the rendered fat from these animals has a high percentage of omega 6, would the bone marrow as well? On the other hand, chicken liver has a pretty good ratio, so would that be a better judge?

Chicken liver has a good ratio? Says who? Cronometer says 1 kg of raw chicken liver has 48 g of fat, 13 g of PUFA, and 49:1 omega-6:3. Just assume that fat composition is uniform within each animal. Poultry and pork will by their natural diets be high in omega-6 fats.
