Chicken, Pork Bone Marrow- Omega 6?

Hello, everyone!

I was wondering if anyone has any info on how much omega 6 is contained in pork and chicken bone marrow. Since the rendered fat from these animals has a high percentage of omega 6, would the bone marrow as well? On the other hand, chicken liver has a pretty good ratio, so would that be a better judge?

Thanks!

1 kg (1000 g) has 13 gram of PUFA = 1.3% PUFA (which is nearly all omega-6).

I thought that pork fat was the closest in composition to human fat.

Oh, hmm! I was reading the Perfect Health Diet book, in which it states that chicken liver contains 1% of omega 6 and 0% omega 3. Maybe it's a difference between how the chickens are raised.

Chicken liver has a good ratio? Says who? Cronometer says 1 kg of raw chicken liver has 48 g of fat, 13 g of PUFA, and 49:1 omega-6:3. Just assume that fat composition is uniform within each animal. Poultry and pork will by their natural diets be high in omega-6 fats.
