Did an experiment yesterday. Purposely overate yesterday but maintained a low carb load. Grassfed beef (1.5kg +) and Pork rind/belly for around 500g. Guessing roughly in the 6-7000calorie range. The Effects, 12 hours later nauseous, vomited upon waking. Not hunger today whatsoever, no bloating or other effects. The nauseousness I'm guessing was a result of over-consumption of fat but I am interested to know the effects of overeating the fats on that scale from a conventionally raised (non-pastured) animal? (the pork)
I have no side effects from a more SAD style overeating such as the brain fog, depressiveness and lethargy. Interesting.
