In terms of real food that is high PUFA, that is mostly fish. In a salmon it would be more O3 than O6 (so it can be a solid dietary addition), but if you pick something like Tilapia it is probably worse than chicken fat in terms of overwhelming O6 quantity.

And there is the whole deal with any oil that comes from a seed. But your unlikely to use those in a paleoish situation.
